We work with leading shipping carriers to ensure the fastest delivery possible, however exact transit lead time depends on the location of the final delivery.

Q. I haven't received any order confirmation.
On successful payment & order completion, you will receive an email or SMS. Please write to us at support@junolx.com in case you didn't receive one.
Q. When will I get my order?
Usually, orders take 5-7 days to get delivered . For expedited/urgent shipping requirement, please place a prepaid order & write to us at support@junolx.com with order ID/details.
However during holidays, you might face slight delays.
Q. I want to cancel my order.
Order cancellations are only allowed before it has been shipped or within 24 hours whichever is earlier. For cancellations, please write to us at support@junolx.com along with your order ID & confirmation mail.
Q. Why my return/exchange got cancelled?
Any return or exchange request will be canceled under the following conditions:
If the return request is initiated after 7 days of receiving the order.
If the product is without the original tags.
If the product has been used or washed.
Replacement/Exchange
Q. I like other designs more & want an exchange.
We offer a one-time paid replacement policy (reverse shipping to be done & borne by customer). In case of initiating the same, please write to us at support@junolx.com within 7 days of receiving the shipment. You WILL be charged a nominal replacement fee + difference of price.
Q. I have received a damaged item or wrong product.
In case of any damaged items or wrong product delivered, please notify within 72 hours of receiving the shipment, write to us at support@junolx.com. Please share images of the damaged product along with shipping label in your email & mention order id.
Q. When will I receive my replacement?
The item should be intact, unused, unsoiled, unwashed and in its original packing. We will process the exchange & initiate shipping within 7 days of receiving the originally sold item.
Refund
Q. When will I get my refund?
After receiving images of your damaged product, our representative will get in touch with you to confirm the damage & refund. The same will be initiated & completed within 3-4 working days.
Q. I have changed my mind & want a refund.
We have a no questions asked refund policy (reverse shipping to be done & borne by customer). In case of initiating the same, please write to us at support@junolx.com within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
